We offer a wide variety of BBQ items to enhance your stay. To ensure availability and proper preparation, please review the following policy🙁ご滞在をより快適にお楽しみいただけるよう、バーベキュー用品を豊富に取り揃えております。ご利用の際は、以下のポリシーをご確認ください。)

All BBQ orders must be confirmed online at least 3 days prior to your booking date.(すべてのバーベキュー注文は、予約日の少なくとも 3 日前までにオンラインで確認する必要があります。)

50% prepayment is required at the time of order confirmation. Orders are not considered final until payment is received.(ご注文確定時に50%の前払いが必要となります。お支払いが完了するまでご注文は確定いたしません。)

Guests with known food allergies or other medical sensitivities must inform the Gorilla Camp Resort Team Members at the time of booking.(食物アレルギーやその他の医学的感受性が知られているお客様は、予約時にリゾートにお知らせください。)

After confirming your online order, please call the resort 3 days before your booking date to finalize your booking and arrive at the pick-up address by 10:00 AM. This will make it easier for us to serve you. (オンラインでのご注文を確定後、ご予約日の3日前までにリゾートまでお電話いただき、ご予約を確定し、午前10時までにピックアップ場所へお越しください。これにより、スムーズなサービス提供が可能になります。)

If you cancel your BBQ order less than 3 days before your scheduled booking, the prepaid amount is non-refundable.(予約日の3日前未満にバーベキューの注文をキャンセルした場合、前払い金額は返金されません。)

Noise Policy(騒音に関するポリシー): Guests are requested to maintain a reasonable level of noise to ensure the comfort of other guests.( 他のお客様のご迷惑にならないよう、適度な騒音レベルにご注意ください。)

Illegal Activities( 違法行為): Any illegal activities on Resort premises are strictly prohibited.( リゾート敷地内での違法行為は固く禁じられています)

        Child Safety and Supervision Policy(児童の安全と監督に関するポリシー):

• Parent/Guardian Responsibility(親/保護者の責任): Clearly state that parents or guardians are solely responsible for the supervision and conduct of their children at all times while on resort property.(リゾート敷地内では、常に親または保護者が子供の監督と行動に全責任を負うことを明確に記載してください。)

• Swimming Pool Safety(スイミングプールの安全性 ): Rules for children in and around swimming pools “Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult” ( プール内およびプール周辺での子供に関するルール「12歳未満の子供は大人の同伴が必要です」)

Pet Policy (If Pet-Friendly):(ペットポリシー（ペット同伴可の場合）)

• Prior Notification/Approval( 事前通知・承認): Require guests to inform the resort in advance if they plan to bring a pet.( ペットを連れてくる予定の場合は、事前にリゾートに知らせる必要があります。)

• Damage Liability( 損害賠償責任): Guests are liable for any damage or injury caused by their pet.(ペットによる損害や怪我については、お客様の責任となります。 )

• Waste Disposal( 廃棄物処理): Guests are responsible for immediately cleaning up after their pets.( ペットの排泄物は、お客様の責任で直ちに清掃していただきます。)

Alcohol Charges Policy (アルコール料金ポリシー)

The price of alcoholic beverages is not included in any BBQ packages, meal plans, or any other packages.(バーベキュー パッケージ、食事プラン、その他のパッケージにはアルコール飲料の料金は含まれません。)

• All alcoholic beverages consumed through our restaurants, bars, or room service will be charged separately based on the current beverage menu pricing.(レストラン、バー、ルームサービスで消費されるすべてのアルコール飲料は、現在の飲料メニューの価格に基づいて別途請求されます。)

• Guests are responsible for settling all alcohol-related charges up on check-out or at the time of service.(お客様はチェックアウト時またはサービス提供時に、すべてのアルコール関連料金を精算する責任があります。)

Alcohol Consumption Policy (アルコール消費に関するポリシー)

To ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of all guests and staff maintains the following policy regarding alcohol consumption:(すべてのゲストとスタッフの安全、快適さ、健康を確保するため、アルコール消費に関して以下のポリシーを維持します。)

1. Responsible Drinking  (責任ある飲酒)

Guests are expected to consume alcohol responsibly while on resort premises. Excessive drinking, disorderly behavior, or any actions that cause disturbance or pose a risk to others will not be tolerated.(リゾート敷地内では、節度ある飲酒をお願いいたします。過度の飲酒、無秩序な行動、または他のお客様に迷惑をかけたり、危険を及ぼしたりする行為は一切認められません。)

2. Guest Conduct (ゲストの行動)

Guests under the influence of alcohol must behave respectfully toward other guests and resort staff. Any aggressive, disruptive, or unsafe behavior may result in: (飲酒されているお客様は、他のお客様およびリゾートスタッフに対して敬意を持って行動してください。攻撃的、迷惑行為、または危険な行為は、以下の結果を招く可能性があります。)

• Immediate removal from resort facilities, (リゾート施設からの即時退去、)

• Involuntary early check-out without refund,(返金なしの強制早期チェックアウト、)

Lost and Found(落とし物): The Resort is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Items found after check-out will be held for a maximum of [30 days] and then disposed of. Shipping charges for returned items will be borne by the guest.( リゾートは、紛失、盗難、または破損した私物について一切責任を負いません。チェックアウト後に発見された物品は、最大30日間保管され、その後処分されます。返却された物品の送料はお客様のご負担となります)

3. Liability Disclaimer (免責事項)

The resort will not be responsible for any injuries, damages, accidents or legal issues caused by excessive alcohol consumption by guests or their visitors. Guests are responsible for any damage to resort property caused by alcohol consumption.(当リゾートは、お客様またはその同伴者による過度の飲酒に起因する怪我、損害、事故、または法的問題については一切責任を負いません。飲酒に起因するリゾート施設への損害については、お客様の責任となります。)

4. Age Restrictions ( 年齢制限 )

The legal drinking age in Japan is 20 years old. Guests must present a valid ID upon request. Supplying alcohol to underage individuals is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.(日本では20歳以上の方が飲酒できます。ご宿泊のお客様は、ご請求があった場合、有効な身分証明書をご提示ください。未成年者への酒類の提供は固く禁じられており、法的措置の対象となる場合があります。)

Booking Policy(予約ポリシー)

Reservations can be made via our official website or by phone. (ご予約は公式ウェブサイトまたはお電話にて承っております。)

An ID  card is required to guarantee your reservation. (予約を保証するために身分証明書が必要です)

Guests must be at least 18 years of age to book a stay. A valid photo ID is required upon check-in. (ご宿泊のご予約は18歳以上の方に限らせていただきます。チェックイン時に有効な写真付き身分証明書の提示が必要となります。)

Carefully review the cancellation policy when booking(予約時にキャンセルポリシーをよく確認してください)

 Booking Modifications: (予約の変更:)

• Date or guest number changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.(日付またはゲスト人数の変更は空室状況により可能となり、追加料金が発生する場合があります。)

• Modifications made within the cancellation period may be treated as cancellations.(キャンセル期間内に行われた変更はキャンセルとして扱われる場合があります)

Payment & Refunds: (支払いと払い戻し:)

• Accepted payment methods: CASH, and select  E-PAYMENT  options.(利用可能な支払い方法: 現金、および一部の電子決済オプション。)

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.(払い戻し（該当する場合）は、元の支払い方法で7～10営業日以内に処理されます。)

Force Majeure: (不可抗力)

In the event of natural disasters, travel restrictions, or emergencies beyond our control, [Gorilla camp resort ] reserves the right to adjust the booking or offer rescheduling options without penalty.(自然災害、渡航制限、または当社の管理外の緊急事態が発生した場合、[リゾート名] は、違約金なしで予約を調整したり、スケジュール変更のオプションを提供したりする権利を留保します。)

Cancellation & Modification Policy: (キャンセルと変更に関するポリシー)

Standard Reservations: (標準予約)

• Free cancellation up to 6 days prior to the check-in date.(チェックイン日の6日前までキャンセル無料。)

• Cancellations made within 3 days of arrival will incur a 100% charge of the total booking amount.(ご到着の3日前以内にキャンセルされた場合、予約合計金額の100%が請求されます。)

`Peak Season / Holiday Periods (e.g., Golden Week, Obon, New Year):(繁忙期・休日期間（ゴールデンウィーク、お盆、年末年始など）)
“Bookings may be canceled through mutual consultation. Please contact us to discuss.”(ご予約は双方協議の上、キャンセルさせていただく場合がございますので、お気軽にご連絡ください。)
